A small first aid kit is always a good idea. Make sure you get the correct immunizations for your destination before you leave. As well, it’s always best to be ready so pack a covered copy of your passport and health insurance card.

Sun blocks are your saviors. Buy a good, albeit exclusive, sunscreen for your body and face. Use a lip balm or some petroleum jelly on your lip that provides sun safety.
