Nigeria is a country located in West Africa. It is the most crowded country of the continent. It has a southern coastline on the Gulf of Guinea, and has Benin to the west, Cameroon to the southeast, Chad to the northeast, and Niger to the north. 1st Satellite (NigeriaSat-1) was sent into space on September 2003 by a Kosmos-3M rocket from Russian Plesetsk spaceport. It was built by Surrey Space Technology Limited (a UK firm) Nigeria and complete project cost was $30 million.
